Returns & Exchanges

At Anderson & Sheppard, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all bespoke packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective box along with the completed returns form, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our preferred shipping partner or drop off your package at an authorized service point using the provided pre-paid label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master tailors have inspected the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
